This is the one and only cookbook that Joe brought into our marriage. It was a very appropriate cookbook for a bachelor to have. All of the recipes mainly call for canned foods and are very easy to make. There are sections for meat, veggies, fruit, Spaghettios (yes, it has it's own section), beans, chili, and beer!
This recipe would be ideal for kids. It tasted good and was easy to make, but I most likely won't make this again until Colton is a little older.
EGGS 'N O's
- 1 can Spaghettios
- 2 eggs, plus 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the broiler. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, cheese, milk, and garlic powder. Dump in the Spaghettios and pour into a nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat until the egg mixture is almost firm. Run under the broiler for 5 minutes. Allow to set for 5 minutes, then cut into wedges.

The free printable coupons comment made me laugh? Ha ha, how random!
Anyway, this dinner sounds very interesting. Never would I have dreamed of putting spaghetti-o's with eggs, but I guess I'm not a man with a plan and a can, now am I?
