Turkey Ricotta Meatballs

I've been on the search for the perfect meatball for many years now - and I found it! I got this from the September issue of Cooking Light. Joe and I love this recipe because it's healthy and very flavorful!

TURKEY RICOTTA MEATBALL
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil (use fresh, not dried!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, the shape mixture into 18 meatballs. Heat in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add meatballs and brown all sides. Remove from skillet; transfer to broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes or until done.

WOW. That sounds SO good. It never occurred to me to put ricotta cheese in meatball, but I've seen that a lot lately. It probably makes them really moist, doesn't it? YUMMY!

I have this issue and I'm dying to try these meatballs too (as they're very similar to my favorite turkey burger recipe!) but there isn't any nutrition info in the magazine that I can see. Am I missing something?
